Each Standard listing includes your complete description of the property, up to four photos,  and is searchable by property type, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price, & school district.  Additionally, your ad page will also give your specified contact information.  

When available, for an additional charge, two featured properties will appear on the home page of ParisTexasRentals.com.  These ads will feature a single picture and description that acts as a link to your standard listing.

At ParisTexasRentals.com one of our main concerns is helping landlords or property managers make better use of their time.  By using our application feature, potential renters can either submit an application online or come with one in hand helping you pre-qualify your perspective renter.

In addition to our application service, for an additional charge, ParisTexasRentals.com can perform credit checks on the potential renter helping you make a more informed decision who to rent the property to.

Once you have entered your property into our database, the property remains there at no additional charge.  When the renter moves out, simply login to your account and one click re-lists the property saving you the trouble of reentering the property. You may edit your listing in our database at anytime. For instance, if you wish to change the price or no longer are willing to accept pets, our edit feature lets you quickly and easily update the property profile.

There is no minimum number of days to purchase.  Turn your ad on and off whenever you want and only pay for the days your ad is active.
