"We do feel that you are providing an excellent service since the total charges were much less than to run an ad in the Paris newspaper for that amt of t ime.  Also, since we revised  the ad for our former home, listing it as "For lease with option to purchase", we did get an offer that we accepted and we closed on the deal early in March."
